On the 14th of February- I can say that, It was a nice day today. I didn’t do another hard day workouts but, I found some new exercises, I could do. I did some of it but, I need to get my ball harder cus, it can’t hold my weight like it should. It’s goes flat and thats not helpful. I found a new way to work on my calfs. I am still, going to do it with the ball but, i also found other ways from a website that, i could do but, I need to wait to do them.
