On the 12th of February- Ok, I didn’t do much PT today. I mostly did some toe lifts and I hope, that is good. I need to gain my calf muscle back. I did some in the kitchen while, i was cooking and while, i was at the bus stop wait for my daughter to come home from school.
My ankle have been hurting and I hate that I always have to have my compression sock on so, it wont hurt or make things better so, I wont have very cold feet.
