(May 16th, 2015)- Day 193

On The 16th of May- I have to say is that, this is one of the worst days, i have been felling for while now. I don’t know why but, i feel depressed and so sluggish. I tried to eat more healthy but, i know i went over my calories today.

  1. Do something fun with your wife 🙂 do something the two of you will enjoy 🙂 even if it’s only for an hour. It doesn’t have to take the whole day. Get out of the house and create fun 🙂
