Today I went to the apartment fitness room and did some work out.. I did on a Excersise Bike and I will put in another post or on a page of how much work I do when I do it. I want to do it every day. Once a day would be good.
I need it. I miss doing a work out. I don’t do the gym type of work out but walking a lot or bike riding. I miss going to the store or just walk around. I have did 15min and did 4.27 miles. It felt really good and I crave for it.
